About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects, a keen understanding of the sales process, and the ability to consistently provide excellent customer service. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, pitching to potential clients, and making sales agreements. The Sales Representative will also be asked to assist in negotiating contracts, performing product demonstrations, and interfacing with existing clients.
The Sales Representative is responsible for using their knowledge of company products or services to connect with consumers and generate sales. Their duties include providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability, developing sales pitches to sell products or services and maintaining documentation of their sales like invoices or client contracts.
Ultimately, you will work directly with other team members to assist them in projects and general tasks within the office and the company.

•Be knowledgeable about the product, present, promote and sell products/services from AP Group and its affiliates such as Napu Brewing, AP Solutions, Tapped Out, DreamPlay, Marianas Pharmacy, etc. using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
•Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
•Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs, reach out to customer leads through cold calling if necessary.
•Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems and answer questions about the products
•Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
•Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
•Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue, establish, develop, and maintain positive business/customer relationships
•Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
•Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
•Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
•Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
•Follow and comply with all established policies and procedures.
•Proven ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
•Detail oriented with strong organizational, process improvement, and problem solving skills.
•Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with various levels of management.
•Reporting and progress updates to respective Managers or Executives
